Our organization is seeking a **BI and Process Analyst** to lead operational reengineering and regional business intelligence development. **Purpose of the Role** Lead the optimization and standardization of operational processes across group locations, transforming manual reports into automated analytical solutions that foster a *data\-driven* culture and directly inform Senior Management. **Key Responsibilities** * **Process Reengineering and Mapping:** Design and redesign regional operational workflows (*To\-Be*) following the **BPMN 2\.0** standard, eliminating paper-based bureaucracy, automating field tasks, and standardizing procedures (PETS and manuals). * **BI Development and Automation:** Design, develop, and maintain interactive control dashboards, replacing manual reports with automatic database connections (**SQL, APIs**). * **Data Governance and Business Metrics:** Create the group’s official KPI catalog, execute data cleansing routines, and configure operational deviation alerts/traffic-light indicators. * **Executive Reporting and Diagnostic Analysis:** Measure cycle times, costs, and bottlenecks using hard data, consolidating and **presenting monthly performance reports directly to General Management**. * **Auditing and Change Management:** Conduct process compliance audits and train regional managers on autonomous dashboard usage and data-driven decision-making. **Required Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years of combined experience in process optimization and Business Intelligence (BI). **Technical Tools:** * Proficiency in BI tools (**Power BI**, Tableau, or Looker). * SQL proficiency and experience consuming/connecting to APIs. * Process modeling using **BPMN 2\.0** notation (Bizagi, Visio, etc.). * Advanced Excel (Macros / Power Query). **Work Conditions** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Work Mode:** On-site. Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.3,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
