At Corporación Moscu S.A.C., we are looking for a **Billing Assistant**. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in electronic invoicing and administrative tasks. * Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, STARSOFT, or similar). * Knowledge of collection processes, document filing, and control. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and office tools. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication across all levels, and results-oriented mindset. * Issuance and control of invoices / receipts / shipping guides. * Review of purchase orders and/or service orders; preparation of supporting documents attached to invoices; requesting signatures and approvals; subsequent follow-up on collections. * Support in administrative tasks such as filing, document drafting, and visits to branch offices. * Coordination with the accounting department for reconciliations and monthly closings. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM. **Requirements:** * Degree in Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience performing the described functions. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. * Availability to work in San Miguel.
