Participate in improvements to commercial processes. **Job Description** ---------------------- Lead end-to-end strategic projects, coordinating teams and stakeholders, with an analytical focus and impactful results. * Lead assigned commercial initiatives, ensuring adherence to schedules, deliverables, and defined objectives. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper project implementation and fulfillment of established commitments. * Analyze commercial information and performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities and formulate recommendations. * Monitor project progress, identifying risks and proposing timely corrective actions. * Prepare executive reports and present progress, results, and key metrics to project leaders. * Participate in the identification and implementation of improvements to commercial processes that contribute to business efficiency and growth. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. * More than 3 years of professional experience. * At least 1 year leading commercial initiatives or projects. * Experience in commercial areas, planning, product development, marketing, or consulting. * Advanced Excel, Intermediate Power BI, SQL (desirable). * Microsoft Project or other project management tools.
