Main Functions and Responsibilities: Food Preparation (Mise en place): Washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruits, vegetables, meats, and fish. Culinary Support: Preparing side dishes, basic sauces, or simple salads under supervision. Cleaning and Disinfection: Cleaning utensils, equipment, pots, and work areas (sweeping/mopping) to maintain a hygienic environment. Organization: Receiving deliveries, organizing storage rooms and refrigerators, and labeling ingredients.
