Job Requirements 3-year technical degree in gastronomy or related field. 3 years of certified experience in mining camp mess halls. If no technical education: 6 years of certified experience in mining mess halls. Knowledge of good manufacturing practices. Knowledge of cooking release procedures. Knowledge of cleaning and disinfection. Main Responsibilities Prepare main dishes, side dishes, and accompaniments. Coordinate with the kitchen team. Supervise good manufacturing practices. Verify supplies with the field administrator. Maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen, dining area, and storage room. Participate in menu development. ⚠ Comply with safety and health regulations. Support other duties assigned by management.
