Lead the vision and evolution of data architecture solutions. 2. Manage the backlog and stakeholders, translating needs into requirements. 3. Promote best practices in Technology and Data, leading teams. **Credicorp Capital** invites you to Turn Challenges into Opportunities and become our next **Data Analytics Product Owner** for the **Data Analytics CoE**, located in **Lima, Peru.** ***Mission:*** Lead the vision, design, implementation, and evolution of data architecture solutions, ensuring they deliver business value. ***Responsibilities:*** * Define the roadmap of initiatives to be executed by the squad. * Manage the squad's backlog. * Translate business needs into technical requirements. * Manage business stakeholders and enablers. * Ensure compliance with regulatory and technology requirements (security, compatibility, obsolescence). * Lead and manage the team. * Promote best practices in Technology and Data. ***Requirements:*** * University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computing, Mathematics, or related fields. * Courses or diplomas in Data and Analytics in general. * Knowledge of Scrum Master or Agile practices. ***Experience:*** * More than 5 years of experience in Data Architecture. * More than 6 years of experience in technology projects. * Experience in cloud-based development platforms such as Azure, Databricks, or GCP. * Knowledge of CI/CD and DataOps best practices. * Knowledge of architecture best practices and standards. * Product Management (Lean, Agile, Discovery, Delivery). * Management of operational and technological risks. ***This job posting is open to persons with disabilities.***
