You will be responsible for ensuring cost and productivity activities and strategies, including management, control, and estimation of costs and budgets; productivity; CAPEX/OPEX management; financial planning; management control; data and analytics; change and risk management for assigned projects/contracts; service and project sales and profitability management; as well as providing accurate, high-quality, timely technical, economic, financial, and contractual information and reporting on project and/or contract performance. **This position is available at our offices in:** Lima or Arequipa. What You’ll Do **Cost Engineering:** Monitoring, control, and analysis of projects/contracts and management indicators. Scope, schedule, and cost control, identifying variances. Baseline management (cost, scope, and schedule). Estimation and control of CAPEX and OPEX costs. Profitability and operational performance analysis. Change, risk, and contingency management. Calculation of indicators (CPI/SPI – earned value). Preparation of reports, forecasts, EDPs, and dashboards. WBS administration and assurance of information quality. Economic\-financial analysis and decision-making support. Monitoring of plans and budgetary control, analyzing variances. **Productivity:** Analysis of ratios (HH, HM), unit prices, and unit costs. Supporting leaders in achieving financial and operational KPIs. Assessment of economic feasibility of projects/services. Optimization of resources (budgeted vs. actual). Improved cost, inventory, and operational expense control. Who We’re Looking For Bachelor's or professional degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 5 years of work experience in projects and/or Operation, Service Contracts. Experience in maintenance planning for concentrator plants. Studies in project or contract management under PMI and AACE standards, and Business Intelligence. Knowledge of CCP, PMP, Python, Power BI. Earned Value Methodology and Operational Performance. Cost management and control. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
