Continuous training We are hiring!**Store Administrator – La Salteñería** At **La Salteñería**, we seek a professional with leadership, commitment, and strategic vision to assume management of our **two business units**: \-La Molina Store \- Dark Kitchen Main Responsibilities * Supervise daily operations at both locations. * Manage sales, costs, inventory, and cash control. * Prepare financial reports and performance indicator analyses. * Oversee purchasing, supply chain, and supplier relationships. * Supervise staff, schedules, productivity, and task fulfillment. * Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer service, and operational procedures. * Implement improvements to increase profitability and operational efficiency. * Monitor sales, cost, and expense targets. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** experience managing restaurants, cafeterias, or gastronomic businesses. * Knowledge of financial management, cost control, inventory management, and performance indicators (KPIs). * Proficiency in Excel and POS systems. * Leadership ability, organizational skills, capacity to work under pressure, and decision-making capability. * Availability to supervise both locations.
