Implementation of complex features and performance optimization **POSITION: FRONTEND SEMI SENIOR** **DESCRIPTION:** Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the user interface of web applications to ensure an optimal, interactive, and visually appealing user experience. Will implement complex features, optimize performance, and resolve issues. Additionally, mentors junior developers, collaborates with other teams, and documents technical decisions. **1\. Education:** Technical or university graduate in Systems Engineering or related field. **2\. Experience:** 2–3 years of relevant experience. **PERSONAL COMPETENCIES** * Teamwork * Time management * Effective communication * Problem solving * Adaptability * Results orientation * Collaboration **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:** * Advanced proficiency including modularity, REST API consumption, state management, and other functionalities. * HTML/CSS and Frameworks: Solid experience with HTML and CSS, as well as frontend frameworks. * Responsive Development: Proficiency in creating responsive web interfaces to ensure a consistent user experience across different devices and screen sizes. * In-depth knowledge of Git for version control and collaborative development projects. * Experience applying design patterns, Clean Code principles, and SOLID principles to ensure code quality and maintainability. * Familiarity with AWS services such as CloudFront, Cognito, S3, among others, for web application implementation and management. * Angular Project Creation: Participation in building Angular projects from scratch, implying deep understanding of its architecture and best practices. * Unit Testing: Knowledge of writing and executing unit tests to ensure code reliability and quality. * Continuous Integration: Prior experience working with continuous integration tools to automate frontend development and deployment processes. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Define UI structure and design, ensuring intuitive and attractive user experiences. * Write and maintain frontend code using modern technologies and frameworks such as Angular, ensuring clean, efficient, and well-documented code. * Ensure applications function correctly across various devices and screen sizes using responsive design techniques. * Optimize frontend performance to ensure fast load times and smooth user experience. * Implement and maintain web accessibility standards to ensure applications are usable by people with diverse abilities. * Perform unit, integration, and functional testing, as well as debugging and resolving frontend code issues. * Work with APIs to fetch and display data on the frontend, and efficiently manage interactions with the backend. * Use automation tools to improve workflow, such as Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt. * · Write and maintain frontend technical documentation, including style guides, reusable components, and design patterns. * Guide and support junior and mid-level developers by providing code reviews and sharing best practices. * Collaborate closely with graphic and UX/UI designers to transform designs into functional interfaces and maintain visual consistency. * Research and adopt new technologies and tools that can enhance frontend development and user experience. * Participate in project planning and management, estimating development timelines and ensuring deadlines are met. * Use version control systems like Git to manage and maintain source code. * Configure and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable deployments. **BENEFITS** * Market-competitive compensation. * Professional growth * Positive work environment * Access to online courses * 15 days of vacation * Statutory life insurance **Location: Santiago de Surco** **Employment Type: Full-time / Hybrid / On Payroll** **Salary Range: PEN 2,500 – PEN 3,500** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: PEN 2,500.00 – PEN 3,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
