Position Title: General Services Assistant
Position Requirements
* Academic Level: Graduates with technical or university studies in Administration, Hotel Administration, or related fields.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the position.
* Requirements: Personnel management skills, ability to work under pressure.
* Technological Knowledge: Basic Office software (desirable)
* Languages: Basic English (desirable)
Responsibilities
* Manage and administer resources to implement area improvements.
* Support planning and coordination with the maintenance department for daily scheduled activities.
* Maintain the incident logbook updated for each delegation or shift.
* Distribute uniforms to clinical areas (S.O.P, Dilation, Hospitalization I, Hospitalization II).
* Exchange uniforms for critical areas upon request.
* Distribute meals (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner) to hospitalized patients according to dietary instructions.
* Assist in preparing the monthly staff schedule and entering it into the internal payroll system. Review monthly tardiness and report to the Human Development Management department.
* Request preventive maintenance quotations from suppliers for non-medical equipment, in accordance with the annual maintenance schedule.
* Support scheduling and coordination of required tasks with involved departments.
* Deliver clinic gifts (balloon, diaper, and pediatric book) to newborns.
* Verify, approve, and release rooms for same-day discharges (after cleaning, maintenance, and on-site supervision performed).
* Support supervision of internal and external service providers.
* Comply with occupational safety and health regulations.
* Update process documentation and other materials related to ISO certification.
* Participate in scheduled activities such as trainings, drills, and inspections related to risk prevention, as well as those required by the Occupational Safety and Health department.
* Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
