Job Summary: We are seeking a general maintenance technician with experience in electricity, plumbing, and infrastructure, capable of diagnosing and repairing faults, and responding to emergencies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Emergency response and maintenance requests 2. Diagnosis and repair of electrical and plumbing faults 3. General infrastructure maintenance **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in general maintenance. * Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and infrastructure maintenance. * Experience in emergency response and corrective actions. * Ability to diagnose faults and resolve on-site problems. * Availability to travel to various locations across Lima. * Possession of basic hand tools. * Responsible, punctual, and possessing strong communication skills. * Prior experience in shopping malls, retail stores, restaurants, offices, or service companies is desirable. **Main Responsibilities:** * Respond to emergencies and maintenance requests. * Perform fault diagnosis and repair. * Carry out electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks. * Record photographic evidence before and after service. * Report materials used and work performed. * Prepare basic service reports. Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
