Job Summary: Support graphic design, content creation, and digital channel management to strengthen brand positioning through creative strategies and advertising campaigns. Key Highlights: 1. Real growth opportunities and an excellent work environment. **Objective** Support graphic design, content creation, and digital channel management to strengthen brand positioning by executing creative strategies and advertising campaigns. **1\.\- Main Responsibilities** **Graphic Design and Audiovisual Content** * **Design graphic assets**, both digital and print, for presentations and internal/external communications. * **Create and edit** short videos, *reels*, photographs, and engaging animations. * **Cover in-person events**, photo sessions, and company visits. **Digital Strategy and Social Media** * **Plan and structure** the monthly content calendar for our digital channels. * **Schedule and monitor** posts across various online communities. * **Propose creative and innovative ideas** to engage our audience. **Digital Advertising (Paid Media)** * **Plan, implement, and optimize** paid advertising campaigns. * **Monitor ads** on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. **2\.\- Requirements** * **Technical or university student** in the final cycles of Marketing, Communication Sciences, Graphic Design, or related fields. * **Proficiency in design tools:** Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (basic/intermediate), and Canva. * **Video editing skills:** Adobe Premiere and After Effects. * **Basic knowledge** of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads management. * **Soft skills:** Excellent communication, creative writing, proactivity, and teamwork. **3\.\- Employment Conditions and Work Location** * **Work modality:** 100% in-person. * **Location:** Carmen de la Legua, Callao. * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **4\.\- What We Offer You** * **Monthly financial stipend.** * **Transportation expense allowance.** * **Training internship agreement** (pre-professional or professional). * **Career path** and real growth opportunities based on performance. * **Excellent work environment** within a young and dynamic team.
