Teamwork for agile and efficient service **SM Hotel & Bussines Av Universitaria 848, San Miguel.** **We are currently looking for a Chef to join our team!** **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and execute dishes following our quality standards * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper organization at your workstation * Ensure excellent presentation of each dish * Work collaboratively to deliver agile and efficient service * Manage supplies responsibly * Comply with hygiene, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) * Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a chef in a restaurant serving Peruvian cuisine or breakfast, preferably. * Knowledge of cooking techniques and handling of kitchen utensils and equipment. * Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. * Capacity to follow instructions and recipes accurately. * Positive attitude, proactivity, and teamwork skills. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * Completed culinary studies.
