We are building a brand beloved by customers and a high-performing team that makes it possible. **Responsibilities:** \- Oversight of shipments, warehousing, and dispatches \- Coordination with international and local couriers \- Tracking and optimization of delivery times \- Continuous improvement of logistics processes \- Leadership and training of operational teams \- Data control and validation for logistics in Odoo and Sheets \- Management and control of returns and internal orders \- Identification of bottlenecks and proposal of solutions \- Handling of unforeseen events and resolution of incidents **Requirements:** \- Technical or university graduate in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields \- Minimum 1 year leading logistics, supply chain, or similar areas \- Experience with Odoo or other logistics ERP systems (preferred) \- Empathetic leadership and ability to build teams \- Strategic thinking and solution-oriented mindset \- Immediate availability **Benefits:** \- Career path with strategic focus and growth opportunities \- Access to imported products at cost price \- In-office relaxation moments (Nintendo Switch, coffee) \- Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits \- Access to mentorship, courses, and professional development spaces \- Strategic participation in Unaluka’s international expansion. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 am \- 5:30 pm Salary: S/.4,000\.00 \- S/.6,000\.00 per month Workplace: Hybrid in Miraflores, Lima
