Responsible for increasing sales and controlling expenses **HOSTEL MANAGER** **Manager Profile**: The manager must have at least one year of hostel experience. Must be extroverted, proactive, and courteous with guests; able to work under pressure; capable of managing a team and fostering a friendly atmosphere among staff; able to resolve difficult situations; and possess advanced English proficiency. **Mission**: \- Primary responsibility for efficient service delivery. \- Ensuring full guest satisfaction through implementation of defined operational policies. \- Increasing sales and controlling expenses. \- Managing human and material resources within their area. \- Must be familiar with all hostel departments (reception, housekeeping, bar, restaurant) Salary: Starting from S/.2,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
