




Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning, organizing, and maintaining hygiene in guest rooms and all hotel areas, ensuring guest satisfaction and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure guest satisfaction through hotel hygiene and order. 2. Collaborate with the maintenance team. 3. Control and care for the inventory of the area. **HOUSEKEEPING / ROOM ATTENDANT** **Responsibilities:** * Clean, organize, and maintain guest rooms and other hotel areas according to brand quality standards and specifications. * Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, service areas, and hotel amenities to maximize guest satisfaction. * Ensure the well-being and safety of guests and fellow staff members. * Always collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve any issues in guest rooms and hotel areas. * Monitor and maintain control over area inventory, including linens, amenities, equipment, and cleaning supplies, per quality standards. * Ensure proper handling of chemical products, tools, and work equipment. * Prepare housekeeping carts and cleaning supplies according to established standards and keep them orderly. * Record relevant daily information (lost & found, service incidents) to communicate with other departments (e.g., front desk). * Report room cleaning times in your work plan (time of entry and time of departure). * Perform all duties inherent to the position and any additional tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Technical and/or university education * Knowledge of maintenance and/or repairs * Basic English language proficiency * Availability to work 48 hours per week on rotating shifts * Experience: 1 year (preferred) **Benefits:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits * Market-competitive remuneration * 100% covered meal allowance Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
