We are seeking a professional committed to people's well-being, capable of managing initiatives that strengthen the work climate and provide support to Human Talent Management processes. **Main Responsibilities:** Plan and execute wellness and integration activities for employees. Organize corporate events, institutional celebrations, and internal campaigns. Manage and monitor medical leaves, temporary disability subsidies, maternity leave, and lactation benefits. Provide guidance and assistance to employees on matters related to benefits and wellness. Coordinate recognition programs and initiatives aimed at strengthening organizational climate. Support the onboarding and integration process of new employees. Provide support in various activities and projects within the Human Talent Management area **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree or higher in Social Work, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in roles related to social welfare, human management, or human resources. Experience managing medical leaves and subsidies with EsSalud. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Desirable experience in industrial, metal-mechanical, construction, manufacturing, or sectors with operational and administrative staff.
