Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant for a mining company, responsible for onboarding, recruitment, training, recognition, and monitoring of talent indicators. This is your opportunity to advance your career! **Responsibilities:** * Onboarding of new employees. * Ensuring timely completion of recruitment processes by coordinating staff integration into operations. * Monitoring and follow-up of employee training and development programs. * Implementing and tracking recognition initiatives, promoting activities and spaces that value talent within operations. * Monitoring compliance with Talent and Culture indicators aligned with unit objectives. * Preparing and maintaining employee personnel files. * Performing other duties assigned according to departmental and business needs. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles managing soft and hard HR processes, including recruitment, training, performance management, organizational culture, and personnel administration. * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; HR specialization is desirable. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; intermediate knowledge of Power BI and basic knowledge of SAP are desirable. * Knowledge of organizational culture and internal communication. **Benefits:** * Formal employment contract with 100% statutory benefits. * Profit-sharing. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (one-hour lunch break).
