Main Responsibilities * Lead recruitment, selection, and hiring processes for administrative and field personnel. * Supervise personnel administration: contracts, personnel files, vacations, attendance, and labor documentation. * Coordinate onboarding of personnel and ensure compliance with documentary requirements for projects. * Design and monitor performance evaluation, training, and onboarding processes. * Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal company policies. * Lead the Human Capital team, promoting continuous improvement of departmental processes. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **3 to 5 years** of experience leading the Human Capital area. * Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation. * Experience managing mass and administrative recruitment processes. * Proficiency in management indicators and Microsoft Office (intermediate or advanced level).
