Solid experience in the mining or metallurgical sector **JOB POSTING \| HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER** **La Oroya, Junín \| 5x2 Work Schedule** At Metalurgia Business Perú S.A.A., we seek a professional with solid experience in the mining or metallurgical sector to strategically lead Human Resources management at our operation. **What will be your challenge?** To strategically lead Human Resources processes, ensuring efficient talent management, labor relations, organizational climate, and regulatory compliance within an industrial environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead comprehensive HR processes: recruitment, training, compensation, and labor relations * Manage multidisciplinary teams (well-being, communications, and general services) * Manage KPIs, budget, and labor costs * Advise senior management on labor and organizational matters * Strengthen workplace climate and internal communication * Supervise support services (hotel, cafeteria, and general services) * Ensure legal, regulatory, and safety compliance **Required Profile:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources Management, or related field. * Postgraduate specialization or MBA preferred * Minimum 7 years’ experience leading HR departments in the mining or metallurgical sector. * Strong knowledge of labor legislation, people management, and cost control * High leadership capacity, decision-making ability, and change management skills * Availability to work in La Oroya under a 5x2 schedule (Monday to Friday).
