We seek an **Operations Manager** to lead the operational execution across our locations and actively contribute to our growth. **Job Objective** Ensure proper execution of operational standards across all chain locations, guaranteeing compliance with processes, product quality, service excellence, cost control, and team development. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily operations across various locations. * Implement, monitor, and improve operational processes. * Ensure compliance with quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety standards. * Supervise inventory, shrinkage, and cost control. * Analyze key performance indicators (sales, food cost, service times, productivity, customer satisfaction, among others). * Conduct periodic operational audits. * Train, mentor, and develop location supervisors. * Identify improvement opportunities and lead action plans. * Coordinate with procurement, logistics, maintenance, and human resources departments. * Ensure proper opening and expansion of new sales points as applicable. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience supervising multiple restaurant, fast-food, retail, or similar business locations. * Experience leading operational teams. * Knowledge of inventory control, cost management, performance metrics, and process improvement. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. * Willingness to travel between various locations in Lima. * Technical or university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Gastronomy, Hospitality, or related fields. **Competencies** * Leadership. * Results orientation. * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Ability to work under pressure. * Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement. **We Offer** * Competitive compensation aligned with experience. * Professional growth path. * Active participation in company expansion. * Excellent work environment. * Continuous training. **If you are passionate about operations, continuous improvement, and team leadership, we would love to meet you.** Workplace: On-site employment
