Responsibilities * Supervise the restaurant’s daily operations. * Train, evaluate, and follow up with service staff. * Coordinate and oversee dining room and delivery operations. * Prepare and supervise staff schedules. * Perform cash reconciliation and closing procedures. * Monitor inventory, costs, and store resources. * Track sales and operational performance. * Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to quality standards. * Resolve operational incidents and support continuous process improvement. * Comply with and enforce internal company procedures. * Prepare reports and coordinate actions to achieve established objectives. * Basic or intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
