Focus on quality, cleanliness, and kitchen presentation We are looking for a Cook / Kitchen Assistant to join our team at a specialty café located in Miraflores. The candidate will be responsible for preparing breakfasts, brunches, sandwiches, salads, fruit bowls, daily production, and supporting kitchen organization, ensuring high standards of quality, cleanliness, and presentation. Main Responsibilities * Preparation of breakfasts, brunches, and café items. * Daily production of ingredients and mise en place. * Product control and rotation under the FEFO system. * Adherence to recipes and presentation standards. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. * Assisting with inventory management and waste control. * Receiving and storing supplies. * Compliance with food safety regulations. Requirements * Minimum 6 months of experience in kitchens, cafés, or restaurants. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety. * Experience in breakfast preparation and production. * Ability to work under pressure. * Punctuality, responsibility, and teamwork. * Availability to work in Miraflores. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
