Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant to support the preparation of gourmet foods and signature dishes, kitchen maintenance, and warehouse management. Key Highlights: 1. Warehouse management and hygiene standards We are looking for a kitchen assistant \- Culinary studies (preferred) \- Rotating shifts: 11 AM–7 PM or 2 PM–10 PM \- 8-hour workday \- Gourmet kitchen and signature dishes Responsibilities * **Food Preparation (*****Mise en place*****):** Peeling, cutting, chopping, and washing vegetables, fruits, meats, and fish. * **Kitchen Support:** Preparing simple dishes, sauces, or dressings under the chef's supervision. * **Cleaning and Disinfection:** Maintaining immaculate work surfaces, utensils, equipment, and kitchen tools at all times. * **Warehouse Management:** Receiving, inspecting, organizing, and restocking supplies in the warehouse or refrigerator, monitoring inventory levels. * **Compliance with Standards:** Strictly adhering to hygiene and food safety protocols, as per Adecco site requirements. * **Chef Assistance:** Organizing ingredients for service and providing direct support during peak hours. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,700\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
