Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced kitchen assistant in food production to support the preparation and organization of ingredients while maintaining quality and cleanliness standards. Handling of BPM and HACCP **We are looking for an experienced kitchen assistant in food production to join our team at the only Vietnamese restaurant located in San Borja!** The Kitchen Assistant is responsible for ingredient preparation, organization, and control to ensure efficient and consistent service. **Responsibilities:** \- Support the Production Manager in initiating, executing, and closing daily production activities. \- Perform preparations following area instructions and standards. \- Complete tasks assigned by the Production Manager. \- Handle BPM and HACCP. \- Maintain a clean and organized workplace. **Requirements:** **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of prior experience in similar roles within restaurants or hotels. **Education:** Completed or ongoing culinary studies. **Positive Attitude:** Friendly and positive attitude, even in challenging situations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Communication Skills:** Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. **Personal Presentation:** Professional appearance and personal hygiene.
