We are looking for a Logistics and Operations Manager to lead and supervise national-level transportation, distribution, and parcel management operations. We seek a professional with leadership ability, results orientation, and experience managing operational teams, ensuring logistics process efficiency, on-time delivery performance, and customer satisfaction. Job Objective Plan, supervise, and control logistics and parcel distribution operations, ensuring proper receipt, dispatch, transfer, and delivery of shipments nationwide, while guaranteeing operational efficiency, safety, adherence to scheduled timelines, and excellent customer service. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory or managerial roles within transportation, distribution, courier, parcel, or logistics companies. * Knowledge of route planning, fleet management, and distribution. * Experience in managing operational staff and coordinating work teams. * Familiarity with logistics performance indicators (KPIs). * Knowledge of transportation documentation, waybills, and document control procedures. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Main Responsibilities * Supervise daily operations for parcel receipt, dispatch, and distribution. * Coordinate vehicle departures and arrivals according to the operational schedule. * Monitor compliance with assigned routes, schedules, and delivery deadlines. * Supervise and lead operational staff, promoting goal achievement and procedural adherence. * Manage logistics incidents and provide timely solutions to operational contingencies. * Verify accurate registration, tracking, and traceability of parcels within the system. * Prepare management reports and logistics productivity indicators. * Maintain ongoing coordination with agencies and branches to ensure efficient cargo and parcel flow. * Implement continuous improvements in logistics processes to optimize turnaround times and operational costs. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety policies, and applicable regulations. * Supervise inventory control, waybills, charges, and operational documentation. * Monitor vehicle operational status and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
