Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and coordinate assigned on-site technical teams * Experience in similar roles (permanent or interim) * Coordinate case assignments among team members * Provide support to VIP users * Responsible for the case backlog (SLAs) * Ensure maintenance of customer service standards * Maintain the repository of team operational process documentation * Establish best practices across the entire technical support process * Monitor projects to identify future improvements * Develop service reports * Handle escalated cases from Level 2 teams * Perform IT maintenance and resolve various hardware and software incidents **Requirements and Qualifications** * Graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or certified professional in Technical Studies and/or Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields * Professional experience managing IT teams (permanent or interim) * Technical knowledge and hands-on experience in microinformatics **Management and Interpersonal Skills:** * Technical expertise with ability to instruct technical audiences * Customer-oriented profile with a solution-driven attitude * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Team management skills * Planning and organization * Problem-solving and decision-making skills to achieve definitive resolution of recurring incidents Looking for a place where your ideas shine?
