Job Summary: This position ensures tracking and control of transportation operations, guaranteeing punctuality, efficiency, and performance indicator compliance through route planning and monitoring. Monitor deliveries in real time and resolve incidents **Job Objective** Ensure tracking and control of transportation operations, guaranteeing punctuality, efficiency, and performance indicator compliance. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan daily routes and assign vehicles/motorcycles/trucks. * Coordinate with drivers and delivery personnel via WhatsApp or internal system. * Monitor deliveries in real time (GPS, app, Excel). * Record incidents and propose rapid solutions. * Manage transportation documentation (SOAT, licenses, waybills). * Generate daily reports on compliance and productivity. * Support scheduling of preventive maintenance. * Verify loading, unloading, and transit times. **Job Requirements** * Currently pursuing or holding a technical or university degree in logistics, administration, industrial engineering, or related fields. * Class A1 driver's license (valid for at least 1 year) * Minimum experience: **6 months to 1 year** in transportation, delivery, logistics, or operational call center roles. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (filters, tables, basic functions). * Basic knowledge of Lima and Callao routes. * Availability to work rotating shifts (if applicable). * Clear communication and ability to solve problems quickly. **Key Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Working under pressure. * Effective communication with drivers. * Analytical ability. * Proactivity and decision-making. * Attention to detail.
