The candidate will be responsible for coordinating operational staff, supervising production, organizing work planning, and verifying adherence to safety procedures. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and control daily production and operational activities. * Plan and schedule work, personnel, materials, tools, and equipment. * Monitor progress and completion of scheduled tasks. * Coordinate and assign tasks to operational staff. * Verify compliance with safety procedures and proper use of PPE. * Identify risks, delays, deviations, and resource needs. * Coordinate with Commercial, Procurement, Warehouse, and Administration departments to ensure operational continuity. * Monitor timelines, productivity, quality, and delivery performance. * Ensure work is executed according to established procedures and specifications. * Prepare production reports, progress updates, incident logs, and objective achievement summaries. * Propose improvements to optimize processes, timelines, and resources. * Coordinate resolution of operational issues with respective department heads. Requirements * Minimum **3 years of experience in operations, production, or industrial services supervision**. * Experience leading and coordinating operational staff. * Experience in work planning and scheduling. * Knowledge of occupational safety and risk prevention. * Ability to monitor progress, timelines, resources, and productivity. * Proficiency in Excel and Office tools. * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. * Willingness to conduct on-site supervision. * Preferred experience in **industrial services, maintenance, manufacturing, construction, welding, or similar activities**.
