Responsibilities * Bake bread (croissants, ciabatta, French bread, among others). * Carry out mixing, fermentation, shaping, and baking processes. * Prepare doughs for different production lines. * Monitor product quality throughout the entire production process. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area. * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
