Position Summary: Le Cordon Bleu is seeking a Professional Human Resources Intern to provide support in onboarding processes, information management, training, and internal communication. Le Cordon Bleu, the leading educational network for training excellence professionals in gastronomy and hospitality worldwide, is currently seeking a Professional Human Resources Intern to join our team. **Responsibilities:** Provide support during the onboarding process of new employees, including documentation tracking and coordination of corresponding access arrangements. Support the management and updating of employee information on internal platforms and HR systems. Provide operational support for in-person and virtual training sessions, including scheduling, platform monitoring, and attendance tracking. Support personnel onboarding management by coordinating agendas, scheduling, and updating templates. Assist in drafting internal announcements, scheduling email campaigns, and other internal communication initiatives. Monitor HR department emails to ensure proper routing and timely response. Support performance evaluation and workplace climate assessment processes. Assist in administering and monitoring information on the BUK platform. Support activities and events organized by the Human Resources department. Other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements **Requirements:** Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Minimum 6 months of experience performing administrative or HR support functions. Proficiency in CANVA or other design tools (desirable).
