Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the company's existing tool source code. Collaborate on system integration and process automation using scripts and APIs. Technical Support and Data Management: Support database administration, ensuring data integrity and availability. Execute custom queries and generate tailored reports for various organizational departments. Infrastructure and Asset Management: Oversee the receipt, custody, and efficient distribution of technological equipment. Maintain up-to-date records to track software licenses and digital assets inventory. Configure workstations and ensure proper operation of the local network. Execute and verify backups according to the organization's information security policies. Manage user access to corporate platforms and shared resources. REQUIREMENTS Academic Qualifications: Graduate, Bachelor's degree holder, or current student in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. **Required Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or programming roles.
