Ongoing training and a growing career path **Restaurant Administrator** Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized Restaurant Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative management skills and an understanding of a restaurant’s operational environment. Responsibilities * · Responsible for implementing and ensuring the restaurant’s food safety in accordance with the BPM manual. * Manage restaurant inventories and stock reconciliations. * Manage orders for merchandise and supplies required by the restaurant. * Ensure the restaurant maintains sufficient stock to meet demand. * Manage and lead the entire restaurant team. * Foster a healthy working environment within the restaurant. * Manage restaurant timesheet reporting and payroll processing. * Manage the hiring process for new restaurant staff. * Manage and report daily restaurant sales. * Manage daily sales cash deposits. * Justified use of petty cash with proper documented accountability. * Appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Proper use of the uniform. * Any other duties and/or activities aligned with the requirements of the position. * Ensure the restaurant team adheres to operating hours. Net salary: S/. 2,500 to S/. 2,800 \+ Performance-based bonuses CTS recognized and biannual bonuses (50% each). Double pay on holidays.
