We distinguish ourselves through our commitment to excellence and the continuous development of our teams. **Job Description** * Supervise and coordinate operational staff and ensure daily objectives are met. * Monitor inventory, procurement, and stock tracking. * Manage orders and coordinate with authorized suppliers. * Provide customer service and resolve operational incidents. * Monitor sales, manage petty cash, and prepare administrative reports. **Requirements** * Experience managing teams and leading in restaurant environments, ensuring efficient operations. * Skills in inventory management, procurement, and operational cost control. * Knowledge of quality standards and food safety and hygiene regulations. * Ability to handle conflicts, solve problems, and deliver excellent customer service. * Additional skills such as proficiency with administrative software tools and commitment to continuous learning will be valued.
