Knowledge of cash systems, POS, inventory, and BPM Capital Restobar is seeking the following talent to join our team: **Restaurant Supervisor** **Job Description:** Supervise and ensure the proper functioning of restaurant operations during the assigned shift, guaranteeing appropriate customer service, compliance with internal procedures, effective staff coordination, and direct support to the Administrator in operational and administrative tasks. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our Barranco headquarters. **Requirements:** * Technical and/or university studies in Administration, Hotel Administration, Gastronomy, or related fields (preferred) * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles within restaurants, cafés, bars, or customer service. * Experience leading operational teams. * Customer service experience with a proactive problem-solving orientation. * Basic knowledge of Excel and operational reporting. * Knowledge of cash systems, POS, inventory, and BPM. * Residency in Barranco or adjacent districts. **We Offer:** * Payroll registration * Training programs * Pleasant work environment * Incentives * Others Join our team!
