Job Summary: Opalo is seeking a Selection Analyst to lead and execute mass and targeted recruitment processes, manage job posting dissemination and coordination, and draft psycholaboral reports. Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree or graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. \- More than 2 years of experience managing personnel selection processes. \- Experience in mass recruitment and specific position hiring. \- Experience communicating with clients. \- Ability to manage reports and draft psycholaboral reports. Responsibilities: \- Disseminate job openings for required personnel. \- Conduct recruitment and selection of personnel for various requirements. \- Coordinate and assign vacancies to the assigned team. · Lead the selection team and support assigned activities. \- Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits.
