Position Summary:
Human Resources Analyst will manage recruitment, selection, hiring, training, and continuous improvement processes, including audits and employee well-being.
Key Highlights:
1. End-to-end HR process management: recruitment, selection, and hiring.
2. Coordination of onboarding, training, and integration activities.
3. Proposal and implementation of improvements and innovative initiatives.
RECRUITMENT, SELECTION, HIRING AND TRAINING ANALYST (JOSE LUIS BUSTAMANTE Y RIVERO \- AREQUIPA)
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Manage end-to-end personnel recruitment and selection processes.
* Coordinate and oversee hiring and onboarding processes for new employees.
* Manage contract renewals and amendments.
* Coordinate with relevant departments to enable and prepare required documentation for entry into the mining unit.
* Manage and oversee onboarding and training activities.
* Prepare HR process reports and performance indicators.
* Prepare and maintain organized documentation required for audits and inspections.
* Propose and implement improvements and innovative initiatives within the department’s processes.
* Plan and manage integration, well-being, and festive events.
* Supervise and follow up on activities performed by the Recruitment and Hiring Assistant.
* Develop and update forms, procedures, and documentation related to processes under their responsibility.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree or candidate in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Relations, or related fields.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment, selection, hiring, and training.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Knowledge of labor legislation and document management.
* Analytical ability, organizational skills, leadership, communication, and decision-making capability.
* Prior experience in mining, industrial, construction, or specialized services companies is desirable.
