At Stefanini, we are more than 30\.000 geniuses, connected from 41 countries, doing what they love and co\-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Authorities** Serve as the technical\-functional data reference for Retail business areas, understanding their needs, identifying root causes, and proposing or implementing solutions that ensure reliable, consistent, and properly integrated information across the company’s various platforms. **Business Collaboration** * Act as the point of contact between the Business and technical teams for data-related issues. * Understand business processes and pain points and translate them into concrete solutions. **Analysis and Resolution** * Conduct root cause analysis for data inconsistencies. * Directly resolve data issues when appropriate and provide technical guidance to the team on broader-scope solutions. * Identify improvement opportunities and prevent recurring data quality or consistency issues. **Data Governance and Integration** * Understand and comprehend the information flow among ERP, Retail platforms, Salesforce, and data ecosystems. * Define best practices for data modeling, data quality, data traceability, and data integration. * Validate designs and solutions involving data, integrations, and information transformation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirement Detail** * **Experience:** Solid experience in Retail data processes and models. Senior professional with a hands\-on profile. * **Functional Domain Knowledge:** Products, suppliers, procurement, inventory, transfers, pricing, promotions, sales, and customers. * **ERP:** Experience working with ERP systems and their core information domains and integrations. * **CRM:** Knowledge of Salesforce, its data model, and integrations. * **Cloud:** Experience with Microsoft Azure, especially integration, storage, and data processing services. * **Data Processing** * **Azure Databricks:** Data processing, notebooks, pipelines, and Lakehouse architectures. * **Databases:** Advanced SQL and experience in database modeling. * **Integration:** APIs, ETL/ELT, system integration, and data processing. * **Data Governance:** Data Quality, Data Governance, MDM, and Data Lineage. Competencies * Problem-solving orientation, with ability to directly investigate information to identify root causes of incidents. * Communication with business users and understanding of Retail processes. * Technical versatility: fluency across Business, ERP, Salesforce, Azure, Databricks, databases, and integrations. * Senior reference: resolve issues directly when appropriate or guide the technical team toward the correct solution. * Technical\-functional ownership of Retail data reliability. Performance Indicators (Reference) * Reduction in recurring incidents due to data inconsistency. * Time required for diagnosis and resolution of information incidents. * Coverage of best practices for quality, traceability, and integration in validated designs. * Reliability and consistency of information across ERP, Salesforce, and the data ecosystem Looking for a place where your ideas shine?
