Job Summary: We are seeking a Service Trainer with experience in gastronomy, a service-oriented vocation, and passion for teaching to train frontline staff on service protocols and standards. Progressive growth within the gastronomic industry. **JOIN THE EL OLIVAR GRILL FAMILY!** At **El Olivar Grill**, a gastronomic company dedicated to delivering quality experiences to our customers, we are currently looking for a: **SERVICE TRAINER** We seek a candidate with gastronomic industry experience, a service-oriented vocation, and passion for teaching—someone who **understands operations from the inside and has built their career starting from operational roles and progressively assuming greater responsibilities.** WHAT WILL YOU DO? * Train frontline staff on service protocols and standards. * Conduct onboarding and refresher training for new and existing staff. * Evaluate staff performance and learning outcomes. * Identify opportunities to improve customer service. * Accompany and monitor staff during operations. * Reinforce techniques for customer interaction, communication, and handling customer situations. * Coordinate with managers and Human Resources to identify training needs. * Conduct visits to various locations and prepare training reports. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * Experience in **customer service and/or restaurants**. * Prior experience in training, coaching, or developing staff. * Preferably experience in restaurant operational roles and **progressive advancement within the industry**. * Completion of **courses or training related to customer service, hospitality, leadership, training methodology, or restaurant management**. * Strong communication skills and ability to effectively convey knowledge. * Leadership, patience, and ability to work with diverse individuals. * Service orientation and ability to provide constructive feedback. * Willingness to travel between our locations.
