We are seeking an experienced SSOMA Coordinator to coordinate and implement safety, occupational health, and environmental management systems in an industrial company.

We are a business group dedicated to manufacturing fastening and fixing components. Currently, we are seeking an experienced **SSOMA Coordinator** to join our team.
**Requirements:**
· **Academic Qualification:**
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health Engineering, or related fields.
· **Work Experience:**
\- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in similar positions.
· **Technical Knowledge:**
\- Knowledge of Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management Systems (SSOMA).
\- Knowledge of developing and managing the documentation base of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS).
\- Knowledge of supervising high-risk activities.
\- Knowledge of key Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) processes.
\- Knowledge of environmental supervision.
**Responsibilities:**
\- Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS), in compliance with Law No. 29783 and its regulations.
\- Develop, update, and disseminate safe work procedures, instructions, and standards.
\- Supervise proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and propose improvements based on identified risks.
\- Investigate incidents, accidents, and occupational illnesses, preparing reports and action plans.
\- Coordinate monthly activities of the OSH Committee or OSH Supervisor.
\- Establish the OSH Committee or OSH Supervisor (1 year and/or 2 years)
\- Manage high-risk work permits (PETAR / ATS)
\- Schedule and coordinate OSH trainings, inductions, and awareness talks.
\- Conduct safety inspections in administrative and operational areas.
\- Supervise compliance with good environmental practices in production and service processes.
\- Promote a culture of safety, health, and environmental care across the entire organization.
\- Monthly inspection of fire extinguishers, emergency lights, harnesses, ladders, first-aid kits, and PPE.
\- Quarterly solid and liquid waste declaration (Sigersol).
\- Distribution and control of personal protective equipment.
\- Management and control of occupational medical examinations (EMO), including entry, annual, and termination exams.
\- Quotation of OSH services (PPE, EMO)
\- Request for water drums.
\- Verify compliance with SCTR.

**Location:**

**\- Working Hours** \- Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Salary: S/.2,200\.00 \- S/.2,800\.00 per month
