Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Administrator / Branch Manager with leadership and management capabilities to oversee the overall operations of our branch, drive sales, and lead teams. Active participation in the branch's growth STORE ADMINISTRATOR / BRANCH MANAGER – HUANCAYO **Branch:** Huancayo **Salary:** S/ 1,700 to S/ 2,000 \+ commissions **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. **Break:** 2 hours **Modality:** On-site About the Position We seek a **Store Administrator / Branch Manager** with leadership, initiative, and management skills to oversee the full operations of our Huancayo branch and work directly with Management. You will be responsible for driving achievement of sales targets, leading and monitoring the team, participating in staff recruitment, managing inventory and supply requirements, preparing sales and performance reports, keeping system data up to date, and providing administrative and documentation support. You will also coordinate and supervise a freelancer to maintain the company’s social media accounts active, identify operational issues, and propose improvements to optimize branch operations. Requirements * Experience in store administration, team management, or operations. * Experience working with sales targets and performance indicators. * Knowledge of inventory management and administrative processes. * Proficiency in Excel and management systems. * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented individual. * Retail, technology, or telecommunications experience is desirable.
