Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience managing restaurants, rotisseries, fast-food outlets, or similar businesses. * Basic or intermediate proficiency in **Excel**. * Knowledge of: * Inventory control. * Cash reconciliation and closing procedures. * Team management and leadership. * Customer service orientation and goal achievement. * Availability to work from **11:00 a.m. until store closing**. * **Mandatory availability to work weekends and holidays**, according to operational needs. * **Rotating day off between Monday and Thursday.** Responsibilities: * Supervise the store’s daily operations. * Lead, organize, and motivate the team. * Control inventory and ensure proper stock replenishment. * Perform cash reconciliation and closing procedures. * Guarantee compliance with service, quality, and hygiene standards. * Manage operational incidents and ensure achievement of store objectives. **Important:** This position requires availability to work weekends and holidays, as these are the restaurant’s peak operation and sales days. **Apply now and join the CORRALITO family!** Workplace: On-site employment Salary: S/.2,000.00 \- S/.2,300.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
