Job Summary: We are seeking a sales and operations professional to manage sales targets, supervise store operations, serve customers, control inventory, and ensure customer satisfaction. Inclusion in the payroll from day one. **Responsibilities** * **MANAGE THE ACHIEVEMENT OF DAILY, WEEKLY, AND MONTHLY SALES TARGETS AND QUOTAS.** * **FIELD SALES.** * Supervise daily store operations. * Serve and advise customers on products. * Coordinate orders and track them until final delivery. * Control inventory of materials and supplies. * Handle cash register, invoicing, and daily sales reporting. * Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. * Maintain store order and proper product display. **Requirements** * Proven field sales experience (**verified**) * Cash handling, invoicing, and inventory control skills. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Technical or university degree in Administration or related field. **Benefits** * Inclusion in the payroll from day one * MYPE labor regime * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth.
