Responsibilities and Authorities Surely you don’t want to miss out! **Technical Lead!** **Job Objective:** We seek a pragmatic, action-oriented Tech Lead to safeguard both coding speed and quality within the team. Their primary role will be to standardize regional (multi\-country) programming, actively guide the development team, and ensure that technical deliverables meet the defined architecture standard. **Key Responsibilities:** Establish the standard technology stack and implement the cross-review code model (Pull Requests). Promote and implement productivity tools and AI-based development assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI) to accelerate the team’s delivery speed. Unify technical criteria and specific business rules for El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala. Act as a technical filter to prevent new technical debt from being introduced into the transition codebase. Requirements and Qualifications **Required Qualifications:** 5 years of experience leading software development technical teams (.NET and Web). Practical experience with static code analysis tools such as SonarQube for early detection of vulnerabilities and design debt. Strong knowledge of Git (Gitflow), agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and code optimization for low-connectivity environments.
