Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor/Manager to comprehensively manage and supervise warehouse operations, inventory, and staff, ensuring operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensively manages and supervises warehouse operations. 2. Ensures compliance with operational processes and optimization of storage space. 3. Leadership, organization, and planning in inventory management. .**Main Responsibilities** * Comprehensively manage and supervise warehouse operations. * Ensure compliance with established operational processes. * Coordinate the transfer of goods between warehouses according to operational requirements. * Supervise incoming goods from imports and domestic purchases. * Conduct ongoing inventory verifications and controls. * Supervise accurate recording and tracking of stock cards (kardex) and inventories in the system. * Prepare operational reports and management indicators. * Coordinate and supervise warehouse staff and external suppliers. * Develop and strengthen commercial alliances with strategic suppliers. * Optimize storage space utilization to improve operational efficiency. * Ensure order, control, and cleanliness of facilities. **Requirements** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Manager. * Solid knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and logistics processes. * Experience implementing improvements in inventory controls and operational reporting. * Leadership, organizational, planning, and teamwork skills. * Preferred experience in printing or manufacturing companies. **We Offer** * Formal employment under the General Regime. * Working hours: * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. * Job stability and growth opportunities. * Work location: Cercado de Lima.
