Job Summary: EJB Solutions is seeking a Full Stack Programmer to develop and optimize enterprise web applications, participate in the continuous improvement of ERP, Payroll, Accounting, and Electronic Invoicing solutions, and diagnose incidents. Use of AI for development **EJB Solutions**, a Peruvian software development company specializing in enterprise solutions, is looking to hire a Full Stack Programmer with experience in PHP, Laravel, React, and SQL Server to contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our ERP, Payroll, Accounting, and Electronic Invoicing solutions. Main Responsibilities * Develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise web applications. * Implement new features for ERP, Payroll, Accounting, and Electronic Invoicing systems. * Develop and maintain REST APIs and integrations with external services. * Participate in the continuous improvement of SaaS products. * Diagnose and resolve production environment incidents. * Optimize application and database performance and processes. * Perform software quality testing and validation. * Document implemented processes and developments. * Apply best practices for security and data protection. Technical Requirements Backend * Minimum 2 years of experience developing with PHP. * Proven experience with Laravel. * Experience with CodeIgniter is desirable. * Development of REST APIs. * Proficiency with Jobs, Queues, Events, and Webhooks. Frontend * Experience with JavaScript and React. * Proficiency with Tailwind CSS. * Development of modern, responsive web interfaces. Database * Solid experience with SQL Server. Infrastructure and DevOps * Git and GitHub. * Docker. * Linux and Nginx. * Deployment on VPS servers and cloud environments. Applied Artificial Intelligence in Development * Experience using tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, OpenCode, Antigravity, Kilo, or similar. * Ability to responsibly use AI, validating and optimizing generated code. * Interest in emerging technologies and automation. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with ERP systems. * Experience with Electronic Invoicing and integration with SUNAT. * Knowledge of accounting, payroll, and human resources processes. * Experience in SaaS projects. * Integration with external APIs and web services. Academic Background * Technical or university degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Position Conditions * Work modality: On-site. * Workplace: Surquillo. * Working hours: * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Immediate start. * Participation in real enterprise projects with continuous growth.
