Position Summary: We are seeking an Architecture student or recent graduate to assist in the management, supervision, and communication of infrastructure and finishing projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaboration on schedules, budgets, and resource planning 2. Supervision of cost control and project logistics 3. Support in communication with contractors, suppliers, and clients **REQUIREMENTS:** * Architecture students in their final semesters or recent graduates. * Minimum 3 months of experience in infrastructure or finishing construction projects. * Knowledge of project management. * Residence in areas adjacent to Lima's Cercado district. * Proficiency in technical software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp. * **Immediate availability for full-time employment** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Collaborate with the Project Coordinator or Project Manager in developing schedules, budgets, and resource planning. * Supervise project cost control. * Support communication among contractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams to resolve operational and technical issues. * Supervise logistics for project execution. * Adhere to work schedules. * Conduct meetings to specify project details. **BENEFITS:** * MYPE payroll registration ATTACH DOCUMENTED CV Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
