The ideal candidate must have experience in advanced pastry techniques, team leadership (assistant managers and assistants), inventory control, ingredient yield management, and strict waste control. The role requires ensuring established standards for quality, presentation, and taste; guaranteeing compliance with food safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); and preparing performance reports under high-pressure conditions. Salary: S/.2,500.00 - S/.2,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
