Position Summary: We are seeking a Chemical Engineer to provide specialized technical advisory services, train clients, and ensure the proper functioning of water treatment solutions for the industrial sector. We seek a **Chemical Engineer** with a service-oriented mindset, strong technical orientation, and the ability to deliver solutions to industrial-sector clients. The candidate will be responsible for providing specialized technical advisory services; conducting training on the use and application of chemical products—primarily for water treatment—and ensuring the correct operation of implemented solutions through technical visits and continuous follow-up. The professional will work closely with clients to identify their needs, resolve technical inquiries, and propose alternatives that optimize their industrial processes. Additionally, they will participate in preparing technical reports, coordinating across various company departments, and supporting administrative management within the technical support area. Main Responsibilities * Provide technical support and specialized advisory services to clients regarding the use and application of chemical products and industrial solutions. * Conduct technical visits to industrial plants to diagnose needs, evaluate processes, and provide technical recommendations. * Deliver in-person technical training sessions for clients on handling, dosing, and application of products—especially in water treatment. * Prepare technical reports on visits, evaluations, and client follow-ups. * Support post-sales processes, ensuring proper implementation and performance of supplied products. * Coordinate with Commercial, Operations, and Logistics departments to ensure timely responses to technical requirements. * Support administrative management of the area by recording and controlling generated technical information. * Promote compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations during field activities and within client facilities. * Maintain effective communication with clients, strengthening long-term business relationships through excellence in technical service. Candidate Profile * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Chemical Engineering. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in industrial-sector companies. * Prior experience in **water treatment** and industrial chemical supplies is desirable. * Knowledge of industrial safety and industrial processes. * Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver technical training. * Client orientation, analytical capability, and problem-solving skills. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and willingness to conduct technical visits.
