




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to collaborate and support projects by executing delegated tasks and receiving training in basic techniques within the field of procurement of goods and services for commercial processes. Sub-function responsible for all activities related to the acquisition of goods and services for all types of commercial processes applicable to the organization, including product supply, supplier selection, price negotiations, and purchase order processing. **Candidate Requirements** **REQUIREMENTS** * **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Biology, Ecology, or related fields. * **Years of Experience Required:** Minimum two (2) years of experience in environmental project management in the field. * **Additional Knowledge:** Completion of a course or diploma in supply chain or procurement management is desirable. * **Computer Skills:** Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, reports). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Sourcing materials certified and approved by the client Sedapal (per Technical Committee). * Generating comparative tables to optimize the best price for the company. * Identifying suppliers compliant with Sedapal’s category standards (A, B, C). * Creating purchase orders in SAP \- Business One systems. * Sourcing new products for homologation by our client Sedapal. * Coordinating with suppliers on training for newly approved products (approved by Sedapal). * Coordinating with Sedapal’s Quality Department for verification and validation of materials by category. * Coordinating with end users regarding certified material management. * Creating purchase requests in the system to control and manage the procurement process. * Coordinating with the Project Manager for review and management of new products. * Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials to our warehouses. * Preparing performance indicators aligned with executed procurement activities. * Complying with the Internal Work Regulations and Occupational Safety and Health Regulations. * Attending scheduled or company-announced trainings and/or talks. * Immediately reporting any accidents or incidents occurring during working hours. * Immediately reporting any workplace environmental conditions that could lead to occupational accidents.
